Hey, Korra Nation! Last week, we asked you to post questions for Mike & Bryan…and now they’ve answered. Check out their responses above!
EDIT: Hiroshi Sato’s character design was definitely very deliberately inspired by and modeled after Theodore Roosevelt, but also this guy, Goto Keita, a Japanese industrialist who seemed to have the same stylist as Teddy.
2ND EDIT: Oh yeah! And this guy’s stache.
I started noodling around late last night after some mind numbing character design turn-around work, and this happened. I don’t even know if I like it, but I opened up the file today and Bolin was staring at me with those puppy dog eyes, so I figured I might as well post it.
